I’m a Florida native, raised in a family of five by two educators who taught us early that discipline, accountability, and integrity were non-negotiable. Education mattered. Effort mattered. Doing the right thing, especially when no one was watching, was simply expected. Those principles shaped how I grew up, and they shape how I lead today.

Before stepping fully into business, I played professional soccer in Spain: an experience that reinforced everything I believe about performance. Competing at that level taught me that winning is earned through preparation, repetition, and accountability. Nothing is given. Every result is the outcome of standards upheld daily.

Eventually, I made the decision to return to the United States, not just to build a better future for my family, but to create opportunity for others in my community. I wanted to take the discipline, structure, and competitive mindset I learned abroad and apply it to something bigger than myself.

PWR Solutions was created to elevate what sales can be. While we partner with wireless providers to drive retail performance, our true focus is developing people. I believe sales, when done the right way, is one of the most powerful proving grounds for personal growth, leadership development, and financial independence.
